WvW Ranking Reset

This is great for those that are looking to complete their maps potentially because match ups with other servers is going to be new or fluctuating map locations for our server. Also this will show where servers stands against other servers to balance Hardcore vs Hardcore servers as well as Softcore vs Softcore servers.

And for those looking for completion, I'm guessing we will never become red? I'm hoping anet rotates "1st place" colors so it doesn't become impossible to get WvW completion.
